There just is and always has been something in the water at YG. No one performs like their idols. The focus from the beginning on natural charisma and performance connection over everything else make YG a breed unto itself. I thoroughly enjoyed IKON's killing voice and I forgot just how many of their songs I love (Beautiful is such a bop!). DK was a LOT in this one. It's always something watch maknaes come into their own. June has one of my favourite voices in kpop. So rare a tone. Bobby exudes so much confidence and a playfulness few have. It's his super power.

One thing I’ve really liked in the past few years is that DK has really shined so much more. He has such a great voice and is so versatile as a performer. I’m really glad we get to see and hear so much more of him. Song and Chan have also been amazing.

what I find fascinating about Bobby is also how everything sounds so smooth, I recall when he collaborated with western rock artists (the song is called Rise) for a League of Legends soundtrack and he mixed both English and Korean into his rap verse and it didn't sound out of place in an otherwise fully English song

YG artists are just different in live. They really love performing and it shows in their live performances.

DK really did shine this comeback... iKON is always talented. And doesn’t matter if they only have 1 designated rapper cos their rapper it’s thee freakin BOBBY. Amazing how Bobby can rap and sing with style always. And of course iKON is always amazing and talented even their ad libs are amazing.

They make the best Dingo coz their discography is allllllll good. You listen to all their past songs. They make their own music just like Bigbang.

The blonde guy... DK 19:32. His real name is Donghyuk. He also produced for this album. And one song from previous album - Flower was also produced by them. And he is iKon main dancer. But his voice is just so sweet. Love him ❤😅 Also wanted to note that iKon are chaotic but they known since predebute for amazing and stunning teamwork, super synchronized dancing. They dance like one. Our swaggers.

Jinhwan is my fav member in the group. I simply love his voice. Do check out his cover of Sabrina Claudio's Frozen which he did last year (you can find it in the Ikon channel) - stunning.

It is so hard for me to pick biases from iKon. I love that DK gets more lines now since his vocals are amazing too. If I remember correctly, But You was written and produced by Bobby and DK...i think they wrote a few songs from the whole mini album..

iKON is a genre themselves🔥 thats why their discography is crazy. Not only that, pure vocals and high level performers. Pls check their concert perf, there is a reason why they are YG concert monster performers 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

You have no idea how much I love your reactions and analysis. I usually watch reaction videos to only iKON and Hanbin ones but I watched almost all of your videos. I am so glad you are doing more iKON. Their lives are the best. Hope you can check out Bobby's solo stuff too, there are hard hiphop songs like Hol up, U mad, and then so many other genres shown in Devil, Raining, Tendae, Secret, Let it go, and more, he is a great lyrics, amazing flow, the way he rides beats are next level good, and very cool vibes. He has 2 solo albums Love and Fall, and Lucky Man (honestly no skip songs). and MOBB. And I know you like Hanbin (B.I) when he was in the group, his solo stuff is great too so hope you check him out (best lyricist out there, great singer and rapper an awesome dancer to add to that. His Waterfall album and Cosmos album definitely great listens, which include a lot about his story and the collabs with Soulja boy, Destiny Rogers, Lee Hi, Epik high.. he is insane)

I dunno why but I feel so uwu when I see any sign of closeness by June and Chanu. They're the 2 youngest and they've been awkward for so long, it just makes me smile so much when they look close hahahaha especially during Chanu's part at Bling bling.

If you like this, maybe you can check out their debut anniversary (IKON-ON MY TYPE) where they sang 2 of their debut songs in a more acoustic environment ♥️ or you can also check out the full version of their songs that you like in this video! To answer your question, DK/Donghyuk (the blond sweet falsetto one) didn’t produce BUT YOU, but he produced 3 out of 5 songs on their FLASHBACK album. He now takeover the producing part after BI left. And most of the time, he has more part on their B tracks and that’s why he didn’t have much presence until recently.

You definitely should check "climax" by Team B ( predebut ikon)...Its a must if you're into ikon....btw...loving your reactions as always💘

First off, I LOVE how you're falling for iKON because although I stan a lot of groups (Big Bang, 2NE1, Blackpink, Treasure, Stray Kids, Got7, Ateez), but iKON is my ultimate fav because their discography is so versatile and they just make good songs that you can vibe/sing with and i loved this reaction of yours because I watched the iKON's Killing Verse right before this and was jamming along because it was like a mini concert but watching it again with you was like having a friend discover iKON and enjoy their music and performance with me ^_^ Anyways a few comments/answers to your questions/reactions: 8:23/13:45/16:44 DK (Donghyuk) is the one adding to the falsetto, he is iKON's falsetto and high note king ^_^ (slicked-back bonde hair and the main dancer [6:54 BLING BLING ad-lib was DK ^^] 4:40 / 5:19/ 14:10/14:48/19:15 Bobby (Kim Ji-won) our rap god, his flow and rapping is just unmatched and he is my personal fav rapper because of his energy + charisma + flow. He is the one doing like 90% of the ad-libs, he is our ad-lib / hype man king/ rap god / also bonus he can sing too and when he eye smiles/energy just makes me happy 8:37 /14:03/18:36 June (Junhoe) our MAIN VOCAL, with his husky, powerful, rocky, and unique voice; honestly they cut out his best notes and many of iKON's don't do his voice justice. you should see his masked singer performance or his performances with Bobby (just search up Bobby and iKON on KZread, you won't regret and YG is missing out by not having them release songs together) / he is also "noise pollution" because during radio shows, where they sing live, he does a lot of ad-libs and noises like Bobby ^_^ 1:04/11:57 /20:46 Jay (Jinhwan) the oldest but shortest [the members often tease him about this] and main vocal, as you noticed throughout the video his voice is silky and soothing, compared to Big Bang's Taeyang predebut 7:12/11:17/13:52 Chan (Chanwoo) our "maknae on top" meaning even though he's the youngest member the other members listens to him always / babys him. he is basically a tall waking prince. He used to have very few lines in older iKON songs due to lack of training before debut but he has improved so much and i personally love his soft and smooth vocals especially in Goodbye Road ; 14:40/16:19/21:55 Song (Yunhyeong) also has less lines like Chanwoo but his vocals are always so soft and warm, he is the mother of the group and so caring/the kindest also i just want to note that a lot of what iKON is today is thanks to their former leader B.I, to me and i'm sure to iKON too... iKON is always 7 (if you watch Win:Who is Next and Mix & Match, you will understand how they are family and brothers). B.I really pushed them to improve their vocals, dance, composing, EVERYTHING. I'll be honest with you, vocally iKON was not the best at first but they have IMPROVED SO MUCH. The little "roll" that Chanwoo did during Goodbye Road that you liked is definitely taught by B.I. In many ways, B.I built iKON so that's why it sucks how he had to leave, but the silver lining is i think both B.I and iKON have thrived and flowered in terms of their musical discography (i.e. Chan, Song, and DK getting more lines and their all of their vocals (including Jay and June improving significantly); i also love how DK, Bobby, Jay have stepped up into the music production and songwriting roles that B.I left AND B.I releasing AMAZING albums since going solo because he can finally focus 100% on himself instead of helping the other members). Don't get me wrong they were magic together as 7 but as you noticed i think iKON and B.I are more FREE now since getting over that hardship in 2019-2021. i really want to see them live in person one day (both iKON and B.I), separately and hopefully one day reunited as 7, I would actually cry lol. Sorry, for the book and thank you for reading my book! I hope you love iKON and B.I more. if you need a a KZread playlist of iKON/B.I songs I would be happy to make it for you.
