Both Itto Shuras were equal imo. Can't decide one over the other. Props to the dub guy for getting that scream out pretty dang well.

The dub surprised me tbh. Gave me the same grudge feeling in my spirit hearing some raw like that

Ikki dub was actually good hard for me to decide his sub was amazing also but todo saying raikiri in dub was weak asf compared to the amazing sub

god damn. the reason why i like the sub is because the jp VAs always fucking full send it when they do anything, and the english dub rarely does so. But goddamn, this ikki VA fucking nailed it

Ikki's voice in both Japanese and English sounds very similar and that makes it difficult to decide which is better, but if I had to choose an option I would choose the Japanese one without a doubt since it is the one with which I discovered the anime

dub itto shura > sub itto shura sub raikiri > dub raikiri

Can you do Yami Marik from yugioh in diffrent languages ( when he summons ra) Would be nice if you do it

i thought the dub was weirdly quiet. it also ended really quickly on the "a" syllable which felt weird. and of course it doesnt pronounce japanese the right way (since ittou shura is japanese)

both itto shura was awesome but the dub raikiri just don't fit for me

Good lord this is the one of the rare moments where dub outdones sub. Only in ittou shura tho

Sub is the best . But man dub guy went next level with that scream .

@@aadendick2686 preference is opinion, structure of language is not. so of course i dont attack opinions either, but english and japanese objectively don't sound the same. they have different phonetics.

these are some of my favorite scenes and it hurt my heart to hear the english dub of ittou rasetsu. off puttingly cringe, and thats partially just that english is linguistically ugly with that

that dub Raikiri is weak af

The itto shura for both we're really good but the voice acting in sub for everyone else was better than the dub

precisely. english is linguistically ugly compared to japanese, and its pretty clear when he's ittou rasetsu'ing.

Don't get me wrong but I still prefer the sub since the dub didn't have the "echo" after "shuraaa" even though the sub also didn't have the echo

the japanes is better 0:14 I feel more emotion put into the Raikiri and in the english no Emotion or soul 0:45

The dub just don't hit the same
