If the lady who sent the email is reading this. I find if I’m feeling low I go to the park put down a blanket or cushion and sit with my bank against the trunk of a tree. I try and hold on to the trunk without looking silly 😂and empty mind breathe deeply and really connect with the tree. I sit with my bare feet on the grass and focus on the energy from the earth travelling through my feet up to my head. Twenty or thirty minutes of this and I feel really grounded and in balance. Just something that I hope will help you.

Beautiful flower arrangement. Branches are so majestic even on their own. ❤

For myself, I perceive Ikebana as a very meditative activity with ongoing benefits. Making the ikebana is quiet and calming, and that is followed by the pleasure of having the arrangement to enjoy. I also hate to waste any of my materials, so I end up with five or six or even more (ever-smaller) arrangements from a bunch of flowers as I use up the leftovers from my main arrangement. This means that there's usually at least one arrangement in every room. What could be better?

A mi también me ayuda mucho y todos los viernes trato de hacer al menos un ikebana. Siempre sales dos o tres después de que compro las flores y follaje 🤣 Muchas Gracias. Rijo 😘
