Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Everyone can buy IKEA's milk frother in USA, Australia, India,Europe, all over the world.
I'll try making latte art with IKEA's cheap milk frother.
I need subtitles of the other languages.
Could you add the subtitles of your language?

    Ugly Blog what was the catch? I have been trying for a few months and still can't get the foamy milk right, I honestly don't understand why it won't happen, is it because I am using organic milk? Do I need an electric more powerful frother? Or is it the way, angle and duration where the mystery lies! Help?

    Linguistic Alino I wish I could!!! I don't really know... I use the cheap one from Ikea. What I do is trying to make all the bubbles disappear in the vortex that frother creates. You should place it in the middle depth: not too close to the bottom, not too close to the surface. Even if you make a mistake and there is a lot of bubbles, you can make them go by creating a vortex and making the bubbles go down)) Omg. I'm not making any sense! I hope you'll get the hang of it!!

    what's the different between putting air and mixing foam ?

  • @paulinaruiz-maki7422

    @paulinaruiz-maki7422

    5 жыл бұрын

    Sherlock Putting air (also called incorporating air or injecting air) is when you keep the frother tip or steam wand top very close to the top so that the actual foam is made by mixing air and milk. Mixing foam involves sinking the tip of the frother or steam wand deeper into the milk and angling it so that you create a “whirlpool” spinning effect. This incorporates the foam you created in the first step into the milk, which helps develop the milk texture into something smooth and creamy with micro-foam that’s good for latte art. If you want more foam for something like a cappuccino then you would spend more time injecting air, but for a latte it only needs a few seconds of injecting air before submerging the tip. Hope this helps!

    what i got from the video... you tilt the jug to one side (lets say, to the left), and you put the wand in also from the left, but it should reach in the right side of the jug. what i know about it: when you froth the milk, you see the spring at the end, thats how you incorporate air to the milk. when you just mix it, the head should be fully submerged below the surface, at an angle, creating a vortex in the milk. i hope this helps somewhat.

    @@RicardoPereira_eu when you are mixing the milk, make sure that the frother's head is fully submerged at all times, and not touching the surface at all. if it helps, you can stir it for just 1-2 sec at a time. and at the end, you will have to shake the pitcher in a circular motion and bang it to the table, that is when the big bubbles pop.

    @@RicardoPereira_eu it is normal to have a bit more foam on top. that is why you tap or bang the jug to the counter, some of the big bubbles will pop, and then, swirl the jug a bit. i still got a more foamy texture on top, but it should be fine. Your milk contains too much air for latte art. Watch my other vids. Read my web. At only first 3 sec you may put air into milk. Then all you can do is mix bubble into milk. Try mixing not to put much air in. You can do it!

    2g of coffee powder is just a guide. You can use the amount as you like. and the amount of milk should be 160-200ml with IKEA's frother. The first 4 sec is OK, then 60 sec is OK. All you need are some practices. Keep it up!!

    「下の方に泡が溜まって」いる状況がどういう事なのかわからないのですが、 コーヒーの中に牛乳を注ぎ始めた時にコーヒーの表面に白い牛乳の軽い泡が広がってしまうという状況だとすると 考えられる原因は、 ①泡立てた牛乳に空気が入りすぎている。 ②注ぐ勢いが足りない。 それぞれの解決法は ①空気を含ませすぎないように泡立てる。 続きはWEBで。 cappuccio.nobody.jp ②「丁寧にゆっくりやらなきゃー」と思うと必ず失敗します。勇気をもってドバドバっと注ぐと泡だった牛乳がコーヒーの表面の奥まで潜りこみます。 おそらく両方が原因だと思います。 練習してれば必ずできるようになりますよ。

    ジャグを机に置いた状態で泡は底には溜まりません。 泡は液体の牛乳よりも軽いので上に溜まってます。 注ぐためジャグを傾けると液面にそってジャグの奥へと移動します。 泡は液体の牛乳よりも流れにくいので液体が注がれ終わった後でドバっと出てきます。 泡と液体の牛乳がなじんでません。 今こんな状態だと思います。 解決法は前述の①②はまず実行したとして、 それに加えて、 ③泡立て終わったらジャグを机の上でクルクルと強めに回します。(この動画の 1:40のあたり) 回すことによって泡と液体がなじんでシットリして表面にツヤがでます。 そこで間髪入れずに注いでください。 あとは私のwebをごらんください。 cappuccio.nobody.jp

    Hi, love your video! I used to work as a barista at an indie café, so ever since I left, I've been trying to find ways to recreate the milk for my coffee at home in an affordable way because I love pulling latte art. Thank you for this video! I can finally confirm my decision to get a handheld instead of a steamer+frother cup machine. I just have one question: I was taught to keep the milk at 63°C, or 65° as the boundary. My colleagues said the milk tastes best at this temperature, any higher and it would lose its sweetness, by 70° it would actually taste bitter. I noticed that your caption states 70° for the milk, does that mean microwaving or oven-heating the milk affects the taste in a different way compared to using the espresso machine's steam wand? Would love to get your advice on this :)

  • @cappuccinable

    @cappuccinable

    7 жыл бұрын

    Yes, exactly right. 60°C is the best temperature for steamed milk. But my foamed milk is not steamed. When the steam heats milk over 60°C, the steam breaks milk foam and spoils milk taste. The milk heated over 60°C by oven or microwave is not so bitter. And it don't affect milk foam at all. The milk heated to 70°C is put air into and is frothed. Then its temp. becomes about 60°C. If you stop microwave under 60°, the temp. of your latte is under 50°C. It's not hot enough. I and many people like coffee over 60°C. So I want to make coffee hot as possible. Frothing over 70°C milk, we must scald our hand. That's the reason. It's true that the milk steamed well is better taste than the one heated by oven or microwave. Thank you for your good question.

    The fact that there a visable bubbles means that there is too much air, you have over-foamed haha. Just do your circle and tapping as per usual. If there is a blob of foam on top, use a table spoon and scoop out about 1-2 scoops of foam, and try circling again. This time you’ll notice a white paint consistency instead of a blob. Thats the consistency for latte, then pour away!

  • @NarutoNMileyLover

    @NarutoNMileyLover

    Dippy fresh I get what you mean, I think the consistency is somewhat correct? It’s like the perfect texture (no obvious plop of foam and then milk below) but then bubbles appear afterwards and they make the foam fizz away :( does that make sense?

    TheGirlWithABrokenSmile update! I made it but still need to work on my latte ART haha! What I did is I think it took me 4seconds of aeration since I can’t find the perfect vortex that Im looking, it took me a total of 1:10 seconds of frothing. I think the amount of milk on your milk jug affects the frothing also because when I filled it more than the usual amount of milk that Im using (since I dont like to waste milk) I made a perfect vortex and the result is a wet paint like that Im looking and I dont need to tap it since there is no big bubbles I just have to do the circling for consistency.
