Great chair! Thanks for the video review recommendation. Just wondering if it's normal for the swing lock to feel loose and make a sound when arching back in the locked position? Any insights? Thanks!

I accidentally put the tilting base of the chair in the wrong way, and I’ve installed one medium sized bolt in it, once I realized I tried to take it out but no matter how long I try and screw it out it just won’t come out, do you have any ideas?

you can youtube some methods for removing stuck bolts here on YT. but you'll probably need some more tools! good luck!

I'm 5'8". it doesn't provide much head support at all (only if you're slouching and leaning your head back against the edge). back support is ok for me, i've been using them for a while and that hasn't been a problem despite their simple design.

Thanks! I've bought it and it's really nice, I put cushions in the zippable backrest, which made it less stiff and more comfy!

I have serious problems with the back bending forward like crazy

i think twisting it just adjusts how hard you have to push to lean back. (how hard it is to lean backwards)

you can't lock it when its tilted, only when its straight up and down.

The wheel issue you mention at the end of the video is driving me nuts. The wheels don't roll even when I am sitting on the chair. It is scratching the shit out of my floor.
