I got this bed almost a year ago and put it together with my friend. Once we finished the bed it was lopsided, but I thought that was how it was suppose to be. Recently I decided to replace the mattress so I took everything off and attempted to fix the frame so that it wasn’t lopsided, after watching your video I realized the one step we missed and now the bed is perfect ( No longer lopsided ! ) THANK YOU SO MUCH !

thank you very much for taking the time to record and show each step, step by step. this was extremely useful to me as i had been stalling to finish the installation of this soon as i moved into my new place. I already had half of it done, but once you snapped the brackets into place @ 14:57, it all made sense! what i assumed what take an hour i managed to do at the length of this video! much appreciated!

Thank you SO much for this video. It answered several questions I had. I have an old frame and am replacing the mattress. I wasn't sure how it was "packaged" to know if it would fit in my FJ Cruiser. And I was weirded out that it's a SPRING mattress but it was rolled up. I appreciate the "virtual" help!

Is it supposed to be able to sit flat against the wall when it’s up (as a couch)? Mine has a lot of space behind it because of the metal frame, and it looks bad from the side. I can’t find a picture or video anywhere showing it from the side

Hi there, Thanks for watching my video and the feedback. If you put the chair up and it stays up, that's correct. There should be some space between the back and the wall.. but it should not rest against the wall @ 90 degrees. Hopefully that helps. Also make sure the frame is not upside down. Hi there, Thanks for watching my video and the feedback question. Im very satisfied with this bed and the mattress is very comfortable. The only qwerk is to flatten it to a sofa bed, you have make sure you lift it up and go towards the other end until you hear the click to unlock it. I purchased this futon and hate it. I upgraded to the spring instead of foam mattress. My mattress slides around when opened into bed position the height difference between the seat and back portion is about 1.5 inches, causing a person the constantly roll into the middle of the bed. I laid the mattress on the floor to see if it was faulty but it lays flat. I’ve watched this and several other videos to make sure frame is built properly which it is. I guess you get what you pay for. I may take frame back but I’m stuck with a $200 mattress. Even went to ikea to check out other mattresses and they seem to be even with no gap. I know something is wrong. I just don’t know what.

Hi there, Thanks for watching my video and the feedback. I'm disappointed with you that you had a bad experience with the product. Couple things to check 1. Ensure that you are stapling the mattress to the frame on both sides of the frame. That is provided that you bought the correct type of mattress. It should never just be put onto the frame. 2.you should also have a cover for the mattress. There are elastic straps on the cover that should also be pulled over the legs of the frame on all 4 sides. With these things in place this guarantees that the mattress will not be sliding around.. hopefully this helps.. Thanks again for watching my video and the subport to help me grow my channel 👍🏾🙂

I came until the 15:36 min screws' holes. I was so excited but at 15:36, the top black and the grey inside screws' holes did not align. 😢
