Excellent 😊

I use cast iron (bidyacha tawa, etc). No non-stick. For storing food, foodgrains only steel and glass. I use utensils passed on by my parents till date.

@@yoginichawla6388 Don't scrub your cast iron with dish soap. It will strip it off its natural oils. Gently wash it in lukewarm water. Wipe Dry. If you feel that food is sticking to it, then 1. Fry something in it (remember to wash without soap afterwards) OR 2. Heat your cast iron cookware until smoky, add a 1 tsp of oil and with a tissue spread all over the surface. Cool and wipe off excess oil. Store. THis will make it non-stick.
