There are a few people Cartman likes. It’s not a very long list but it exists. Cartman always seemed neutral towards Ike and was only helping Kyle and Ike to get Michael Jackson out of his body and also help the dead celebrities go to the afterlife. Remember that Ike was acting really strange while he was being possessed.

I mean there is the scene in the episode when Cartman gets some kids to become pirates. When Ike slaps Clyde to make him stop crying Cartman says "Very nice Ike." I wouldn't say Cartman is fond of Ike, but possibly has a certain amount of respect for him.

I love how they arrested the guys without any explanation outside of the fact that "it's enough". 😭😭😭

he is extremely dependent on other people. He depends on his mom and his friends the most. I guess when his friends grew up and left him he never recovered from it. He probably never grew up mentally because he grew up too soon (committing murder when he was a kid, etc).

His Leadership skills is great and he's really intelligent when he needs to be or is motivated enough, solving complex math problems. He's really talented compared to Stan, Kyle and Kenny. His laziness is what held him back
