Two corrections here : 1) Architecture branch at IIT does not relates anyway to the jee paper 2. They are enrolled through (AAT) Architecture Aptitude Test... just after qualifying jee advanced and its results declaration. 2) Students pay 1 lakh per semester as tuition fees and not per year. 👍

i'm currently preparing for JEE and my Chemistry teacher is from IIT-KGP , he often tells us so many stories related to Hostel, Campus, Mess and those fun he used to had. IITKGP is a golden campus with lots of memories to build in.

I am a sophomore currently pursuing B.Arch. from IIT Kharagpur, I just wanted to correct the fact that: ➤ In order to get a seat for Architecture, you need to clear JEE paper 1 and then JEE Advanced and then Architecture and Aptitude Test (AAT). ➤ JEE mains paper 2 is not at all related to the B.Arch. courses offered by all of the IITs (just 3, Kharagpur, Roorkee and BHU)
You missed the most interesting part. Each hall has its own cricket ground, football ground, volleyball ground, badminton ground, hockey ground(some halls), and proper basketball court inside the hall. Yo Kgp!!

Admission to B Arch(Architecture) in IITs is NOT through JEE mains paper-2 (as mentioned at 5:30), we have to first clear JEE- advanced and then AAT paper to get admission in any IIT for architecture branch. JEE mains paper-2 is only for admission in NITs, SPAs and other institutions. Please verify the information before posting. Great video otherwise.

JU will be better than other colleges you mentioned, Presidency college too has link with Cambridge Trinity so both are good option, I would say for theoretical or mathematical physics Presidency will be better, but for applied physics JU is best.

Architecture in IIT is not though JEE(Paper 2) but it is through JEE Advanced and you have to clear AAT .This is mentioned incorrectly in the video

Edit: Also I would like to add that please don't watch Alma Matters on Netflix because it will just discourage you about engineering. It only shows the lives of below-average or average students. It doesn't show the lives of students who are actually enjoying the courses they are admitted to.
