I'm not sure about it. After MSc many students opt for mtech i know. But without MSc pure math students can do it or not I'm not sure. Talk to experienced professors / academicians

Sir MSc me kya 55% marks score ho jata hai ki nhi jaisey agr government job k liye apply krni ho toh 55% score hii Na Aaya toh Proffesor wagera k liye apply krni ho toh dikkat Na aaye ( 😮q ki bhai agar Bada institute hai toh shayad pata score bhi kaam aata ho ) ..

Generally nhi hota , khi koi IIT m ek company Tokyo se aa v gya toh that's a different thing

I have also completed msc from IIT Madras , cleared jrf 3 times gate everything , but really job security always better then anything , IIT is good if anyone try to PhD from abroad rather than that no positive point

Sir I am doing bsc zoology and having botany also...can you tell me one thing if I give IIT JAM exam for biotechnology.....for that should I stick to botany or change it to chemistry Which will be better zoology and botany or zoology and chem??

Depends, After iit jam, doing masters, what do you want ! Take a notebook, write pro and cons of every possible path you have according to your desire. Compare them.

@@rjhazarika6207 in chemistry, research on genetics isn't a widespread field for chemistry people. Worldwide top biochemical researches are going on mostly drugs, proteins, microorganisms, molecular dynamics....etc. If your research interest is genetics, then search for colleges in India where genetics is a course for masters or masters in genetics, if any , then it will definitely be a booster for you. If you want to pursue research in foreign, they accept Dual degree students... Masters +PhD.... Search for that also
