As per some governmental ranking and other placement related data, I would prefer first IIT Hyderabad for mechanical, IIT Bombay for Metallurgy, iit Kanpur for chemical and IIT Gandhinagar for electrical. Best of luck

I think the data for overall placement package is not updated. The average package is 15-16 lpa.

Yes you can join via JEE Mains + JEE Advanced exam for Graduation or you can Joint this institution for M.Tech via GATE exam after you graduation.
