Yes, your that IISER seat will be reserved until you get your upper preferred IISER, only if you choose float option

Bhaiya i had given my 12th this year and our official marksheet from the board is not out yet. I don't know when will it be issued I asked my school they are saying it will be issued by end of this month or by next month. In case if it is issued after July 5th what can I do then. iat is asking that documents between July 2 and July 5. if am unable to produce it due to the reason of not getting it from board will l lose seat. What can be done please reply

You will sure get an IISER and all IISERs are equally good For majors your CGPA (grade) will be considered but usually students easily get their most preferred majors
