It's funny because in the Groscars reference both of the scenes have the same background music! --------- (Edit:had to edit this comment two times because i misspelled Groscars lol)

I think that the drawing of balloon dabbing next to the "paper cameo" written on the board after the ideas speed round is a reference to that bfb storyboard that showed balloony dabbing (despite woody being the one dabbing in the final episode)
