I was one of those who fell into Satan's trap. I met a man who almost destroyed my life. He was a Narcissist. I almost had a nervous breakdown. I had to forgive him but now he wants to be friends. I have been in a similar situation and I made the mistake of allowing him back into my life as a "friend". It wasn't long before he tried to cross those boundaries again and I ended up being more foolish than the first time for letting him back in. It's all part of the manipulation. DO NOT let him in. He brings nothing of value and you do not need him in your life for any reason. He only needs you to validate his ego. He doesn't even like himself so there is no way he will like you even as a friend.

narcisists always wants to be friends. They want to keep loved ones who can help them some day around them. I stayed friends for years with my ex for years. They want to use yo and I don't mean sexually. But sometimes they are in the way of a new partner. Mine left me three times still I was friends with him. He is not my enemy but I dont keep myself busy with his life

I came out such a married for 49 years. I WILL NOT ABLE to handle such a narsistic relationship again. Prov 14:14 said everything. You cannot change such a person. They will pull you down.
