There's a rule where you're allowed to add 50 words minimum to any material source that you use in interp. That includes the intro. If you add more than 50 you could be disqualified. I don't know how much she changed, but it seemed like more than 50 words...

I don't know about this district but the NSDA allows for 100 added words.
