forces of destiny nerfed '88 so badly that he couldn't even break out of simple handcuffs and he was forced to obey some strange woman he just met- he desperately needs a buff in his next appearance if he even has one

@@childishisnotachild7277 as far as plot armor goes that's true, but to be fair canonically his armor wAs designed to reflect those generic blaster shots, i get the feeling if they kept '88 more in character he'd just brush it off and mow them down in seconds instead of slowly retreating, which would've been far more entertaining and would've given the scene a more impending danger

Shadows of the Empire is the only one that did IG-88 justice.

FoD treated him pretty crap if I'm honest. :/ I recall how terrifying he was back in Shadows of the Empire.

@@RB-NZ2 There were 4 IG-88's, yes, models A through D. There was also IG-2000, a super intelligent droid starfighter that carried copies of their programming. In effect, any droid that ran the IG programming was a IG droid, even the Death Star II in its final moments, according to a comic.

Why isn’t this in order? It should go: Triplecross, Bounty of Trouble, The Empire Strikes Back: The First Scene he’s in, Boba Fett- The Bounty Hunter, and The Empire Strikes Back: The Second Scene he’s in.

Only one IG-88 because when he was first made he killed everyone in his lab. He’s been destroyed and repaired numerous times though

As a star wars legion player, it blows my mind that like 90% of his abilities and rules on his data card were pulled from these animated shorts

This is in the wrong order. Those Forces of Destiny moments take place before Empire.

Oh, I guess IG-88 didn’t make it cause Boba blast him, which explains why the droid is scrapped.

Forces of Destiny is an interesting experiment: let people with an iq of -30 make a show. Pretty funny.
