If transactions between parent and subsidiary entities is an operating segment will it not include unrealized profits which is not supposed to be recognised? Pls explain.

For calculating reportable segment the condition of 75 or more then is it based on reportable operatiNg segment external revenue / total external revenue or external revenu of reportable segment/total revenu , bit confused
