@jack0234 We just added breath controller support last week. Since that is new, we'll be talking to EWI users this month and if necessary we'll make updates to make sure it works as well as it can. If you try it with your EWI, drop us an email to let us know what you think of it.

Hans Anderson Hello, Hans. Is there any info you could offer regarding which devices are optimized for iFretless and also, IF and HOW iFretless would be compatible for use with a midi controller such as the iRig Stomp i/o? Using an iPhone SE & iPad Air 1, I’ve experienced crashes or glitches hosting iFretless within MidiGuitar2. Would the use of the Midi foot controller negate the need for MG2 or is that app necessary for guitarists to use the iFretless tonebank in realtime? Thanks in advance for any input!

@matt lee EWI controllers should work fine via USB+camera connection kit. If you have any problems, contact us the support email address.

Tried it with the EWI on ipad but the breath noise at the beginning of each note is too loud. Without the Ewi it sounds normal, so maybe it's a bug?

great app, brilliant sounds and playablity. annoyingly when i connect iFretless Sax to Garageband via Audiobus i get the little Audiobus tab at the side of my iFretless screen but it isn't active and i can't access the Garageband controls for playback or recording. Anyone else had a similar problem? What is the solution? it's very frustrating.

I am an EWI USB player myself. Can I also use my EWIUSB as the MIDI controller to IPAD via the camera connection kit and powered USB hub?

Love the app, but the main issue with iFretless Sax is the “gliding” between notes, which as we all know is not how the saxophone works. Would be nice if there was a “solo” setting that would treat note transitions more like the intelligent transitions in your competitor’s app, “Sensual Sax”. Check it out sometime. They use samples to great effect.
