If you don't have much experience with drones, I would probably recommend example a DJI mini 3 or 4 pro drone. It's quite easy to learn to fly and make videos or take photography, and I think you don't need as many permits, training, etc. as, for example, with an FPV drones. Of course, you have to find out what permits are needed and what rules and laws are required in your country.
