Today we are going to install my iFlash flex cable for PS2 Slim, and then we're going to install a PixelFX Retro GEM. This will be the ULTIMATE PS2! Full speed high capacity SD card game loading combined with perfect digital to digital HDMI output. It doesn't get better than this.
The iFlash2PS2 flex cable is an quick solder flex for the PS2 Slim that allows you to connect an iFlash SD card to PATA adapter. iFlash adapters were originally designed for iPods, but they work particularly well for PS2 also because they don't have a 128GB SD card size limit. The iFlash performs like an HDD, so you will get full speed loading and no FMV stutter unlike other solutions like USB loading, or MX4SIO.

Thanks! I’ve been trying to install one today on the same mobo revision, and you are correct. The documentation sucks ass. A complete let down in the art of documentation.
