En créant Smart Fire, je vous avais annoncé que la volonté était de ne se limiter à rien : ni les barrières mentales, ni les frontières, ni bien sûr la langue.
Dans ce nouvel épisode de Smart Fire, j'ai donc la chance et le grand honneur de vous faire découvrir un homme qui incarne selon moi la vraie définition du feu sacré : Josh Bridgman, jeune athlète britannique de bodybuilding, KZreadr, chef d'entreprise, et récemment sacré IFBB Pro, la consécration absolue du milieu avant de s'attaquer à l'ascension du mythique trophée de l'Olympia.
Mais bien plus qu'un athlète, Josh est aussi un jeune homme passionné, ambitieux, doté d'une éthique de travail, d'un système de valeurs et d'une humanité comme on en voit peu à notre époque. When I created Smart Fire, I told you that the desire was to not limit ourselves to anything: neither mental barriers, nor borders, nor of course languages.
In this new episode of Smart Fire, I have the chance and honor to introduce you to a man who in my opinion embodies the true definition of sacred fire: Josh Bridgman, young British bodybuilding athlete, KZreadr and CEO of his own company and brand, recently crowned IFBB Pro, the absolute consecration of bodybuilding, before tackling the ascent of the mythical Olympia trophy.
