you can't open the drum. I guess you are asking about door. Press the pause button, wait for 15 sec then you can open door, then put the clothes, close the door and press the start button. pls be careful with water level.

I will never recommend IFB washing machine to anyone. 4 year warranty was given for IFB Elena Aqua but soon after the warranty period machine got complaints often. When we approached the service centre they charge exorbitantly for a single service say, 6000,9000. This type of difficulties are faced by other IFB users as well. Soon after the service also the machine gets complaint. It is heard that the machine's actual parts are replaced with low quality substitutes to generate the service centre's revenue. This is my experience.

is machine panel shaking or just producing noise ? if noise then its normal because ifb having Non Inverter motor which produce noise.. if shaking then contact IFB Customer support

Kamiyo ki baat kare to IFB :- IFB Me inverter motor nahi hai is karan ye machine bosch ya other brand ke comparison me noise and vibration dono thoda sa zyada karegi.. aur is machine me apko WIFI Enabled feature ( front load) bhi nahi milega aur acchi baat ye hai ki iska drum size kafi unique hai jo wash quality ke liye kafi badiya hai aur overall product par sabse zyada 4 saal ki warranty milti hai jo koi bhi brand nahi deta.. agar apko wifi feature aur inverter motor se fark nahi padta to apko IFB Lena chahiye Bosch :- bosch ki ye kami hai ki iska after sale services cost zyada hai karib karib single visit ka apko 890 ke arround charges lagega jo other brand me 590 ke asspas hai .. ye city to city different ho sakta hai .. aur after sale service me part related issue aa sakta hai kyuki ye german brand hai aur india me sari unit manufacture nahi hoti... khubiyo ki baat kare to inverter ecosilence motor milti hai aur iska panel bhi apko anti virbration wala milta hai jisase ye machine apko premium experience karati hai .. kah sakte hai ki is machine ka noise level baki sabhi brand se kafi kam hai .. apko wifi fetarure and other all required feature is machine me milenge.. After sale services me dono hi brand third party engineers par rely karte hai, jo ki in dono brand ki ham kami kah sakte hai .. keval LG hi dedicated own engineers ki services deta hai jo unke khud ke hai .. ab ye sab janane ke baad ap decide kare ki apko konsi machine lena hai .. hope apko ye sari baato se help jaroor hogi..

use cotton or mixed mode.. you can wash it with other clothes as well just make sure it should not bleed color.. just make sure not to overload machine and 30-40 % drum should be empty.

Apko pure tub me and door par pahle descaling power lagana hai .. descaling powder ki link apko description box me mil jayegi, Ek baar me ek pack pura use kare aur fir tub clean ka program run kare.. machine approx 90 min program run karegi aur machine ke tub ko clean karegi..

ifb ఇది చాలా చెత్త కంపెనీ ఈ వాషింగ్ మిషన్ విపరీతమైన వైబ్రేషన్ వస్తుంది దాని వలన బాడీలు చెడిపోయి అన్నీ ఊడిపోతాయి వారెంటీ ఉన్నంత కాలం మెకానిక్ వచ్చి ఏదో రిపేరు చేసి వెళ్లిపోతాడు వారింటి అయిపోయిన తరువాత ప్రతి నెల కి ఒకసారి పేరు వస్తూనే ఉంటుంది మనం ఎంత కొన్నమో అంతకు పదిరెట్లు ఖర్చు పెట్టవలసి వస్తుంది ఎందుకంటే బాడీ వైబ్రేషన్ ఎక్కువగా ఉంటుంది మొత్తం వాడి అంతా వైబ్రేషన్ వలన డోర్ లు ప్లస్ బటన్స్ ఉంటాయి అవి తిరిగిపోతాయి టు మెన్ఫ్యాక్చరింగ్ ఎఫెక్ట్ చాలా ఉంటుంది కంపెనీ వాళ్ళు కస్టమర్ బెనిఫిట్ చూసుకోవడం లేదు కంపెనీ లాభాలు చూసుకుంటున్నారు మ్యాన్‌ఫ్యాక్చరింగ్ బాగోదు అందువలన కంప్లీట్లు ఎక్కువగా వస్తున్నాయి నేను నిరూపించగలను నేను గత 15 సంవత్సరాల నుంచి వాడి చిరాకు వచ్చింది
