You really want to think about this video and reflect on your own attachment issues. There is a direct correlation with negativity and hopelessness after a break up and your own mental health. Ignore negative comments from people on the channel, they are dangerous for your own mental wellbeing!!

I'm here to testify that it can indeed happen. It just happened to me after 7 months of no contact, I worked on myself and everything is better.

Who broke up with who ? Did you break up with them ? I ask because I got dumped by my ex-gf and because I was insecure, a bit jealous and needy.

Its the difference between pessism and optimism. But having a healthy dose of both can be beneficial so you dont waste your time waiting for something thats never going to happen.

Can you make a video on fearful avoidance

  • @robertdeskoski9783

Yes, but if they're an avoidant partner and all they want is autonomy, how much autonomy is enough? I'm fine following my own dreams and letting them follow theirs, but if their life is filled up with distractions and hobbies, there's no room for a relationship.

Can you make a video about how do you do no contact when you're living together and both can't move out due several reason. My avoidant attachment partner started pulling away after he had a high school reunion and one of them he had a crush on in high school.
