When my Dad came back from WW2 where he was Navy Frogman he taught my brother & me ju jitsu for survival (1950's). As a girl then, it was not common or acceptable to know or exhibit such things... but by 1967 when I was choosing a career as one of the first state certified female law enforcement officers who could defend better than many long term male officers, I appreciated his instructions. Emotions must be set aside for mastery & survival.

Love how from the first time we see her practice that just straight miyagi do just doesn’t do it for her. Love the fact she uses that kick that Danny told her was bad due to exposure. But using a lot of Johnny’s style man it’s just awesome to see all of these characters come almost full story with these 4 seasons. How the next will go just seems like straight up war war war.

A fifth is confirmed. I have no idea how many they will do, but it is super popular and really fun if you liked Karate Kid and just karate movies in general.

She was given courage not by her father, but by sensei Lawrence Eagle Fang, formerly Cobra Kai
When my Dad came back from WW2 where he was Navy Frogman he taught my brother & me ju jitsu for survival (1950's). As a girl then, it was not common or acceptable to know or exhibit such things... but by 1967 when I was choosing a career as one of the first state certified female law enforcement officers who could defend better than many long term male officers, I appreciated his instructions. Emotions must be set aside for mastery & survival.

Love how from the first time we see her practice that just straight miyagi do just doesn’t do it for her. Love the fact she uses that kick that Danny told her was bad due to exposure. But using a lot of Johnny’s style man it’s just awesome to see all of these characters come almost full story with these 4 seasons. How the next will go just seems like straight up war war war.

A fifth is confirmed. I have no idea how many they will do, but it is super popular and really fun if you liked Karate Kid and just karate movies in general.

Every character has grown in their own way. The first 3 seasons Sam was too much like her father until she truly became independent after training with Johnny. I can't wait for season 5.

Girl kicked the arrogance out of that wicked girl well. 👏👏 With her kick she reminded me of Yang Yang's last fight n kick after which he won even despite heart issue in the series The Tornado Girl season 1.. it was the best one . Also of the winning kick of Jaden Smith in Karate kid with Jackie Chan. 💓 N m glad to have found a good martial art series through this clip. Thnx editor for posting 💓

The best part of the last season for me, was the moment she beats the other girl. I really appreciate this style, looks like shotokan. In a way, it's good to have your own style.
"If you think you know me Then I will show my another variant" ... well this is inspirational, in a way. This man is fighting through dyslexia and constant strokes while typing in his 3rd language to give us all inspiration.
Having done martial arts to a second degree black belt in taekwando I can agree you don’t need defense only and I mean only if you can dodge the openents attacks and attack faster than them
