I'm 38 and have been trying to quit porn for years and watching for basically 2 decades, but I have realized it is thee most addictive thing in the world. I have quit all sorts of drugs, quit drinking alcohol, but porn is just so hard to stop. It has made keeping an erection difficult when having sex, given me social anxiety, negatively affected my confidence, amongst many other things. Have no idea what to do at this point but just keep praying on the matter. After 3 weeks seeing a girl in a bikini will get me to want to go do it. Guess what: my addicted ass *still* finds ways I would never have come up with to relapse. I'm finally BARELY winning against this addiction, and even still, despite the drastic changes, I still find the withdrawals a BITCH to deal with. I look at all these poor men who express in the comments how much they want to quit. Take the example of the alcoholic clearing his fridge of booze first. Rid your "fridge" so to speak (smart devices, add blockers etc.) now. I wish I did this 10 years ago; but I can't change the past. Just gotta take this serious now.

I feel like if you look at the stuff daily, yea you have an addiction. It's ok to do it once in awhile. I started as a teen, I don't visit those sites daily anymore. I don't keep those tabs open.
