Makes sense, Along these same lines, I find that "reframing" our thoughts and negative self-talk throughout the day helps to keep us in positive vibration. This also helps to neutralize our state of mind, because what we say or think to ourselves causes us to feel something, good or bad.

This video brought tears to my eyes for many reasons. One, I was just doing my morning journaling, asking my higher self why everyone is so focused on such a bleak future? Could I not have the joyous, peaceful world I hope for? And then you popped up and described the multiple realities that we can access. Thank you. Second, I always try to turn emotions that unsettle me to neutral and it works for the majority of the time but I never really understood why I did and how it helps. Thank you for the clear explanations.

Things happen bcs they need to happen exactly how they happened ,they happen bcs of all the "potential outcomes" there is always only one outcome that is "manifest-able".If u were blessed with gift of retrospective view of ur life u would see things much clearer...everything that happens is our own doing our own script whether conscious or unconscious decision however terrible circumstances may be we did that...question is WHEN? ALL things are neutral its only by our agreement and viewpoint that we define them.we named things that have no name in order for us to comprehend and function as a collective and then we agreed on units of measurements,numbers,colors...basically programed ourselves and now most of us are willing to "exit the matrix"...we are essentially nothing (0) therefore we can be anything.Pay attention to your thoughts,focus on your own well being,do everything with love as much as u can and as frequent as u can,breathe,smile,njoy simple things glass of water,sunlight,wind on ur skin...BE ALIVE. Going to throw this out and see if it sticks. One of my first meditative teaching experiences was this. Picture a 2d projection of a human on a card. Now place 3 of those cards in a separated stack in a black space. like you are looking at 3 painting hanging in space separated by enough to see each. A wide white light is above the first projection, then moves to the next, then to the last, then back to the first. It does this 3 times. Then the above light focuses and turns orange then unfocused and back to white and repeats 3 times. Then another light appears projecting through all of the hanging projections and while the top light is moving in its initial cycle the rear projected light focuses and turns orange then widens and shifts to white 3 times.

I hv awaken since 2020 and seen angel number or synchronicity very often. I once saw 999, 99 and 9 on car number plate 18 times in a span of a 15 km journey however nothing significant happen after that. Now I am also seeing 66 many times however this time I feel a fuzzy feeling with this number. I am looking forward to the unfolding
