IMO it'd be fine if it wasn't fully random. in this video he got something that had not a single matching trait for his board, while i got something perfectly matching my traits which is pretty damn strong. do people really enjoy so much randomness in this game coz i feel like we all just complain about the randomness everywhere and riot still only hears "oh, more randomness? got it"

​@@thatguy5233not at all, but at least they did something good to make up for the randomness, which is champion conference. I still am not sure how it prioritizes which trait gets prio, but I'm assuming it's whatever trait you have more of. i.e stage 3 if you have 2 arcanist and 3 fortune, you'll get trist/zoe but if you have 4 arcanist and 3 fortune you'll get Illaoi/zoe

@@timothyahn2006 you could easily argue champ conference is just as luck-dependant (if not more), e.g. someone has the perfect fated opener and gets useful units throughout the whole game while someone has a terrible spot for this augment. also, it doesn't prioritize anything. i got a random bruiser when having 3 (or more?) storyweaver. *and no bruiser trait active

tbf, champ conference doesn't matter that match as it is only once per stage. one of the less significant portals i think. which is counter-intuitive and everyone forces reroll/vertical comps. not worth it from my experience.
