Oh yeah, I remember seeing the video of these two guys playing this. Still amazing to see the man himself actually walk up to them and compliment them. Plus it's nice to see the transcription now.

Such a cool moment, really shows you what a great guy Mr. Williams is! He could easily have stayed in and pretended not to be home - or even got mad with them! But no, he went out to say hi and exchange kind words 🎺

It's sweet how the first thing the older one did (when meeting his hero) was big up the younger one! Good luck to them both!

It would have been pretty mortifying to fluff that last high C! Luckily they are both great players and absolutely smashed it.

Yeah, you're not the first to spot the mixup in the B section 😳 the flugel player in the video even got in touch to let us know about the mistake! (though he said it was otherwise accurate!) whoops...

🤦‍♂️Yep, we definitely messed up there. The original flugel player actually got in touch and confirmed our mistake... Whoops!

Now look up the theme to a film called _King's Row_ that came out in 1942, from which he took inspiration.

Williams definitely took some inspo from there - not to mention Holst, Stranvinsky et al! But still, such an iconic score.

Once is beautiful. But I bet many times would be so freaking annoying.
