I love how this guy is so humble his favorite luxury is literally his socks. Larry couldn't get it because he probably doesn't know what its like not to have socks or shoes but THEY CAN BE THE MOST IMPORTANT LUXURY to some people. What a legend.

Larry King's dad died when he was 9. He was reaised by a single mother on welfare and he went to public school. After HS he got a job to help pay his mother's bills... Pudi's went to a prep school in the suburbs of Chicago and after graduating HS he went on to study dance and be a theater major... You don't know what you're talking about Eric. If you are an actual coffee elitist, I assume we are talking about far more high-end services than Starbucks, and long ranges of varied, imported luxury beans that cost a pretty penny even for home consumption. 3. Friends is arguably the most popular sitcom of all-time, I don't think being connected to the culture displayed in it is a self-own in most people's eyes. God Danny has a good/diplomatic attitude. Saying “it’s useful because I get to come on Larry king to do it after Larry king didn’t even bother to find out what it meant and then said no I don’t want to hear it and finally when he clued into reality barely responded to it is being very generous.

Why does this feel like abed imitating a talk show guest?

Danny is so adorable and fun here. He feels like a version of Abed that has internalized social behaviour. Also his daughter's name is Fiona, that's amazing, and his delivery of the Polish rap is pretty entertaining.

This may be the most I've been able to hear Danny being himself (relatively) uninterrupted. I never thought I'd be one of those kind of fans, but oh my gosh, he and I should be friends. What a cool guy!

It’s because it just came on Netflix US which introduced the show to so many new fans, myself included 😄

I can imagine another timeline, where Danny learned how to rap in Polish and Telugu at the same time.

Danny is such a good guy. I love when he said the earth and each other when larry asked about something we should be paying attention to.

He just rushes every question and doesn’t even listen to the responses. Imagine if he got famous being this bland and disinterested.

To be fair, some of the rushing is part of the shtick. In his older interviews the whole point is to ask really personal questions really quickly, to put them on the spot. But he's old now, and he really is just going through the motions. Right now he has COVID, I think, and it's really hard to watch some of these because it looks like he won't be able to keep it up for much longer. He's the sort of person who has to work or they'll die, y'know. And its getting harder for him to work.
