I’m from northern Louisiana and i live about an hour away from texas. Sometimes, me and my family will drive over to texas for barbecue. We aren’t similar to the people further south. I think we’re closer to Texans up here. But I think you should try staying up in northern Louisiana just to compare!

@@American_Idiot_ haha no. Cajun gumbo never uses tomato but to my understanding creole gumbo (which i was under the impression is northern LA) uses tomato. Maybe since ur close to Texas u don't fall into that group
