If you have 2 potatoes, make this super crispy potato snack. Simple and delicious
Ingredients and recipe:
Cut 2 potatoes into slices.
Place potatoes in a pot.
Pour 600 ml of water into the pan.
Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Place potatoes in a bowl.
Add 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Add a pinch of black pepper.
Mash the potatoes.
Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
Mix well.
Add 1 tablespoon melted butter (20 g).
Add another tablespoon of cornstarch.
Grease the bottom of the colander with vegetable oil.
Grease your hands with oil to prevent the mashed potatoes from sticking.
Roll mashed potatoes into balls.
Press the potato ball with your hand.
Press the pattern into the potatoes using the sieve base.
Do the same with the remaining balls.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Beat 1 chicken egg.
Brush the top of the potatoes with beaten egg.
Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 220°C.
You can fry the potatoes in a frying pan.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Add the potatoes to the pan.
Fry potatoes for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Potatoes are ready!
Place the cooked potatoes on a paper towel.
After 15 minutes, take the potatoes out of the oven.
Brush hot potatoes with salted butter.
You can use any method for cooking potatoes.

My wife and I really love this recipe! We have now made two different batches, once with red potatoes because that is all we had, and today with russet potatoes. They both turned out great, but slightly different in taste. We chose to bake them in the oven. Thank you for your videos. I would include a photo but I am not sure how to do it.
