You Start Dying Slowly by Pablo Neruda
You start dying slowly
if you do not travel
if you do not read book!
If you do not listen to the sounds of life …
If you do not appreciate yourself!
You start dying slowly
Start dying slowly!
When you kill your self-esteem and replace it with your ego!
when you do not let others to help you
You start dying slowly
Ah … start dying slowly!
If you become a slave of your habits
Walking everyday on the same path
If you do not change your routine
If you do not wear different colors
Or you do not speak to those you don’t know
You, you, you, you … start dying slowly …
Start dying slowly!
If you avoid to feel passion
And their turbulent emotions …
Those which make your eyes glisten …
And make your heart beat faster …
You start dying slowly
Start dying slowly!
Ah …
If you do not change your life
When you are not satisfied with your job or with your love …
If you do not risk what is safe for the uncertain …
If you do not go after your dream …
If you do not allow yourself, at least once in your lifetime,
To run away from sensible advice
You start dying slowly
Start dying slowly!
So start from today and live a life!
Start today, take the risk and do not fear!
Start today and do something!
Do not allow to die slowly!
Start from today and live a life!
Start today, take the risk and do not fear!
Start today and do something!
Do not allow to die slowly!
Do not forget the happiness!
Do not forget the happiness!
…..
Pablo Neruda

The music, Kory Yazdani's voice and video perfectly transmit the message of this beautiful poem. I listened to this piece many many times and send it to my friends and family to enjoy and learn from it. Thank you very much for such an outstanding work. I am planning to send it to as many as people that I can whom I think this music could affect their lives. Meanwhile, I am interested to know how one can change things on the external without changing his/her psyche. Thus I will consult a psychologist friend!

Ali Aryafar the way to change external problems without changing your own delicate balance is through exercising COURAGE. Having courage to act in defense of TRUTH is one the most primary requirements of healthy human life. Today nothing is more important than Truth and having the Courage to act on it.

The poem is in Spanish originally by Pablo Neruda and what you hear in this video is the translation of that poem into the Persian Language or Farsi language.
