    मैं मुंबई में रहता हूँ और मैंने एक प्रोजेक्ट में फ़्लैट बुक किया था। मैंने अब तक ४५ लाख रुपये अदा किये हैं बुकिंग, स्टैम्प ड्यूटी सब मिलाकर, लेकिन आगे पैसे की कमी के कारण मैं इस प्रोजेक्ट से बाहर होना चाहता हूँ। प्रमोटर से मैंने वैसे लिखित में दें दिया है। प्रमोटर ने cancellation deed साइन करने को कहा है उसके बाद ही पैसा देनें कि बात कर रहा है। क्या करे?

    The biggest crook in builder fraternity is " clover builder " Look at what he did in a society in nibm. This builder refused to give conveyance deed even after 15 years and went on to build another building on a amenity space.

    How does it matter if you are third-fourth or even tenth owner? If the property is still in good condition and it suits you in every way that's all that matters. Stop looking at property as just a means to buy and sell later and earn money. Look at it from perspective of living in it. The flat/society/locality which is good to live will always remain relevant
