I believe he is on healthy diet, so dont worry:D he did a checked up back then when william still a baby and the doctor diagnosed him with some sickness *I forgot what. Also he did a checked up with seungjae's mom and seungjae's mom told him to start eaat healthy and exercise because william can pick up his unhealthy habits. So basically Sam dieting for his kids so he could be fitter and healthier
