I cant tell you how to the point this reading is.... i have an annoying neighbor in the apartment building who keeps bullying everyone under police threats and civil suit, etc... today i had an altercation with her and i did not bow down to her bullying. I do it by staying calm & not retaliating & not saying anything. I let who ever is in charge handle things if it gets physical. ie. Boss, committee or the police etc. I hope that helps.
