As an old person I remember fondly my dad taking me out onto a field with a rugby ball and teaching me to catch it after he would kick it high. It took a while but after a few sessions you learn hand eye coordination and it’s a great bonding session. It’s such a shame so many girls and boys can’t catch a ball.
