Governor Ododo is already an accomplice in the Bello's case. If the Kogi State House of Assembly is alive to their responsibility they should commence an impeachment process of Ododo immediately now!!!

This is one reason HE Obi should be given a chance to emerge as the president. HE Obi served as governor for two terms, and he is working freely everywhere without any allegation against him. Many governors forget days of reconning. .

Why should you have a case that you are informed about and you know you are innocent and then you flee the country? That being said, you cannot keep a person somewhere under false claims in order to be using his presence to stabilize the society, looting his background under the claim of investigation... The political transfer is usually from here God bless the United States of Nigeria This is Love ToLu Emiayo

An excellent analysis by the three gentlemen. We heard that the laws are in place to deal effectively with the endemic corruption in the country. The question is, why the constant increase in corruption in the country? Could it be that the thieves are using the loopholes in the country justice system to get away with their crimes? Because I have not heard of any of the former governors prosecuted successfully for crimes committed against the public. Let alone those who have committed crimes serving under the federal government. Therefore, it seems there is no equal crime and punishment in the country justice system especially for highly white collar offenders. And corruption will continue to persist in the country. Because the laws in the country seems to be more restrictive to petty theft and armed robberies. While those who committed serious economic and financial crimes against the state are allowed to escape justice, or treated in a lackadaisical fashion. For example, few months ago a foreigner escaped from the country justice system without a trace and the former governor is trying repeat the same thing. What is responsible for this monumental tragedy in the country justice system?

The former governor of Kogi should honourably surrender himself to EFCC . Have we forgotten the case of Fayose of Ekiti? If Innocent why running about?. The Efcc should know better that they could stop Gov. Ododo's car and arrest the car.

This provost is very correct about Yaya Bello. He is a very infantile person, very mean and dangerous guy, calling himself a youth, igbira man, a tug in Agbada, his home is the jail.

To addresses your question at the end of the monologue, are all Nigerians equal before the law? The answer to that, is NO. Depending on what part of Nigeria you are from. If you're from the North or southwest excuses abound, you're babied, they walk on egg shells about your legal situations and you are above the law. IF it were one of the Southeast governors, that got involved in this epic embezzlement, the DSS, army and efcc would have shot up the whole place, probably set few houses on fire, all in attempt to arrest the governor. But in this case, Yahaya Bello was allowed to control the situation and escaped. I hope this vignette satisfies you rhetorical question.

Igbo man must always ethnicize everything in this country. Are you cursed or insane? We are talking about the fight against corruption. You are talking of ethnicity. Tell me a former igbo governor who has been successfully sent to jail for money stolen while in office, whereas many former northern governors have been jailed for corruption. So what nonsense are you saying?

In all of these discussions what I don't like is when the provost of the college talked about Harvard involvement in our institutions. What are the Harvard officials coming to teach us in Nigeria when our law is far different from theirs? We are Africa we have our laws we don't need the West to come and teach us nonsense. The better we deviate from this mentality of the western colonial elements the better for us in Africa. I hate what I don't like

I blame the police for not to have arrested Yahaya Bello for the death of two policemen in the attack this man here highlighted. The case first came to limelight when it was aired on Brekete family radio programme in Abuja. Even the relatives of those policemen killed should sue the so called inspector general of police for being complicit in the killing of the policemen.

You won't blame Arise News anchors. The fear of NBC is the surest way to keep their job especially with the presumed political bias tagged against them. Hope you heard the statement he made at 19:00 about NBC? That is the reason why they always do that before somebody comes after them with charges.
