Again, the study showed the same and was done on thousands of men. The theory was men like to be the pursuer. Whether that’s biological, cultural, or a mixture of the two is up for debate.

But generally speaking, in a normal situation, the guy is definitely going to want to pursue, and the girl is more likely to want to be pursued than be the pursuer. This is the case in virtually all cultures hinting at biological influence. In fact it’s really only in western culture that this is even a topic to be had.
