those small button batteries won’t even have enough of a output to send out electrocuting sparks, they’re like 1.5 volts, not even remotely enough to shock a person to the point there they have seizure, it’d either feel like nothing or just a small shock. and if they were ran for that long, the battery would drain so fast to the point where the battery runs out in 5 seconds.
