@keenynthewise I'm mean I just speaking my opinion I think ramirez should of stayed active after the taylor loss I dont see ramirez winning a belt at 140 at all not with the up and coming guys I think tonight he will see that he is just a gate keeper at this point I think he wins but he is only a shell of him self at this point. But that gym is full of warriors and I don't think anyone is scared of anyone at this point is the money that matters

I don't know what to think of Ramirez. He hasn't fought for years, and he's now fighting the easiest opponent in the division. He should've fought a top opponent like Russell, Ortiz, Puello, Barbosa, Martin, Delgado, Jukembayev, Rodriguez, Rivera, Ergashev, Hitchins or Ponce. Instead, he went for the oldest and easiest.

Man I dont want to see Ramirez get brutally knocked out he is already damaged goods! Serve him Stevenson or Davis!
I like Jose Ramirez but he did not look impressive against Barthelemy and he's starting to look chinny, which is something I would never see in Ramirez. At this moment he cannot beat Matias. However If he beats a power puncher like Regis, Pitbull Cruz, Gary Antuanne Russell or even Teo, then yes he definitely has a chance on beating Matias.
