    I really think a lot of players can't think clearly because they're anxious. The best advice for many people who are making basic mistakes might just be to focus on staying calm during the round. I suspect anxiety is a major roadblock for implementing techniques that people have in fact practiced. One thing I've found helpful is to remind myself that the enemy is under just as much pressure as I am in a ranked game.

    @@pienixcs The solution is to improve breathing during gameplay. It's something I have been working on myself. It doesn't have to be deep breathing either, just consistent rhythm. It's a powerful way to improve our focus and calmness during any high pressure task.

    Yeah this is definitely my issue. I can aim and peek well in Deathmatch but still fuck it up in actual matches

    @@left9096 Breathing consistently is essential to staying calm under pressure. It doesn't even need to be deep breaths, but just a consistent rhythm. This is something I consciously work on these days.
