OP forgot to add - if you notice that the area where you got bit by mosquito is swelling, and your throat is feeling sore and you have difficulty breathing and swallowing, seek the doctor ASAP because that reaction to mosquitoes is not normal and it can delete you. I got bit by few of these mfs yesterday, my right leg calf was red and my throat was closing down. I am still alive because I had Xyzal pills next to me.

It's that quick? We have something called an insect bite when a person fall ill suddenly and rapidly and ultimately died. Doctors cant quite figure it out what caused it. And they called it bug bite or insect bite. Could it be a sepsis shock?
@RebelWvlf
26 күн бұрын
@@shadowgojiro mine wasn't sepsis but allergic reaction. The bite area initially starts as little welt, but it gradually swells, itches way more than it should, and the throat gradually closes down. The reaction can develop in matter of days. All in all, seek the medic if you notice that, just don't wait for it to develop.

It's also called blood poisoning by older folks. That's what I know it as. They always said a red streak heading up the body towards the heart is a telltale sign. And why it's so dangerous.

Not to mention that once sepsis sets in, there is really almost nothing you can do about it. You are pretty much done if you are not lucky to survive it. It has to get treated IMMEDIATELY.

You basically have an entire other set of veins which is the Lymphatic system. Lymph (A fatty Blood Plasma that gets tapped off your circulatory system) gets the majority of white blood cells where they need to go to target the site of an infection. If You see a red line like that, the infection has entered your lymphatic system which will end up at your heart and then entre the blood and be pumped around your entire body.

Caught an infection on my knuckle when i was in high school from a wrestling mat at practice. Next day, i watched the red line go up my arm traveling like an inch every 15 minutes. Got up to my arm pit, showed my coach and i was in the hospital as soon as they could get me there.
"Oh, I'm die. Thank you forever,"
Don't worry guys that was just my homie James
Also can happen with a bad cat bite or scratch. I had to go to the walk in clinic two nights in a row, first night was 25,000mg of augmentin, the next night they layered a second antibiotic over it and said if the streaking continues I need to go to the ER because IV antibiotics would be needed. Cat bites are no joke.

As a person who had a million mosquito bites I never been to the doctors because of this
I recently lost my dad, he went septic 2x after leaving the hospital. Once you go septic, you're more vulnerable to get it again. He almost died from sepcise. R.I.P. daddo 😢❤ life isn't the same without you 💔
Over here in Texas the mosquitoes are BAD!😭
I already have a huge fear of sepsis and recently my father has passed away from sepsis on June 4th of this year and I’m still doing more research on it
That mosquito must have a loving connection to that guys blood! 🩸♥️🦟
Speaking about this, I slept on a forest in an abandoned '55 Impala. Sure was difficult as FUCK to sleep there, alrighty.

Each mosquito bite got more intense when I got more and more tired, and couldn't sleep well. At the end, I was screaming like Sasquatch, and just quitted at 3AM and walked back home. (The forest was about 30 miles away from my home by the way.)
I actually knew this but i knew it as blood poisoning. When my older sister was little, she always picked at her cuticles and stuff til they would bleed and one time she started getting a red line up her arm and my mom took her to the hospital immediately. The doctor said she made wise decision bringing her in right away because it is extremely dangerous.
Bro knows everything💀💀💀🙏
I actually got this from a very small cut on my finger. I could see a long red line traveling up my arm causing my armpits to get numb. The crazy part is that I wouldnt have noticed my infection if it havent have been for me needing to go to the toilet in the middle of the night, where i discovered it and rushed to the doctor where I got heavy doses of antibiotics. The infection eventually healed and I didnt get sepsis. if it hadnt been for the toilet break at 1am, I probably wouldnt be here to write this comment and tell my story
I’m going to Poland for the summer and usually when its hot there, there are many mosquitoes..💀
Blood poisoning! That’s the one thing my Mom ALWAYS said to watch for, a red line from any wound.
That happened to me after a mouse bit me it got almost my whole hand. Lucky I went to the doc soon enough
I remember this, I was stabbed with a knife at the same spot, same spot. I never treated my wounds as a kid, but it was getting warm and spreading. I started using antibiotic ointment and it went away. That was probably the exception and not the norm. Should of went to the doctor, but I'd say I got lucky.
Thank you Sterling
My mother went into septic shock last year after surgery because of an infection (She has SEVERE MS so her immune system is almost non-existent) and it's scary stuff. They said if she had gone to the hospital any later, she wouldn't have lived
I need to use the musket for this one…
I have that happened to me too ended up in the hospital for a week and then had to go in for infusions for 10 days after that had a pick line. It was horrible.
A year ago I got cellulitis, I had like 50 mosquito bites on my right back side of my leg which got infected, I had to go to the ER and take Antibiotics for 5 days, which made the swelling go down, always use bug spray and never pick or sctrach bites. I had blisters and grazed bumpers traveling on my body before it went away, like it had to go through its cycle.
Another reason for my anxiety to spike, have trouble sleeping, and never go outside
i had blood poisoning when i was a kid from a mosquito bite on my knee. i had scratched it raw and then been crawling on the carpet at a friends house who had a bunch of dogs. big fat purple streak going up my inner thigh, much scarrier looking than this! had to get all of the worst thick nasty shots in my booty! my buttcheeks were sore for days, fixed it right up though 😂
I had a similar thing happen to me. One monday morning I woke up with a red and swollen knuckle on my left hand that had been completely fine the night before. I go to the doctor because that’s not normal. Got some meds, not antibiotics btw. Went to work. That worked for like a day. It grew again the next day. Keeps swelling and swelling until the skin was stretched tight and shiny. Wednesday I went to the doc again and got antibiotics. Thursday it still hurt and I couldn’t work anymore because I couldn’t bend my now swollen hand. That night I saw my wrist and arm had swollen and red lines going up my arm. Looking back I should’ve gone to the emergency clinic immediately, but for some crazy reason I thought I’d go the next day. So Friday morning I go to the emergency clinic, they saw my swollen arm and red lines and they did surgery. Took me a week or so to recover. Much later on, I asked one of the doctors what happened and was it sepsis. It was a “kind of”. Instead of my blood, it was in my lymph nodes. 😱 It was literally less than a week to get it this bad. Monday morning I noticed it, Friday I had to have surgery done. The call to my boss telling him I just had basically emergency surgery done was interesting to say the least.
I had sepsis when I was 9 years old. It was so painful and I felt so feverish, like I could melt a glacier by standing next to it.
Thought it was some parasite stuff XD
my father went through this once, but he's doing okay :]
Me who sometimes wakes up with lines all over my arms: 🗿
new fear unlocked:Mosquito
Let’s all be real,we all checked our arms when he said that 😭
This one time during band camp, I got sepsis... twice. I wasn't used to walking, so my feet got infected two years straight. Everyone but the doctor thought I was overreacting
Useful item. Directions to a cemetary. Zombies get up and go shopping. Avoid shopping centers and go to a place where the zombies have left.
Yes, I had sepsis. It sucks. Did you know you can get sepsis syndrome after where for up to a year you will not function at full capacity. I had spesis and then sepsis syndrome.
You should do one on mis-c because I got it and it was really scary and other people can know about it because it’s targeting children from corona and it’s hardly know about yet
why sepsis sounds like the content my bro watches
One more reason the hate mosquitoes, those damn hellspawn creatures
This same thing happened to me like 15 years ago. Got bit by a mystery mosquito at a cook out. And my wrist suddenly doubled in size in hours. Red line showed up the next day and my entire arm was on fire and pulsating.
If i wake up with this its over 💀
i got that red line from morphine at a hospital, it was following my vein in the forarm and was itchy was 14 yrs ago and im still fine
I've been bit busy a mosquito 12 times and I survived all of them
Ayyyyy I had this twice :}
I've had something like this. Bit in forearm and within a day it was streaked to my shoulder next day it went across my shoulder to my chest. And started spider webbing over my chest.
Snake in skin ahh moment 💀
By the saints! What sorcery is this? I am utterly confounded by the peculiarity of this situation!
I just tank the mosquitos because my immune system is insane. I read that the reason why is because I have type O negative blood and this apparently means that my blood views other blood types as hostile and eliminates them but is also very aggressive with its use and production of antibodies, so my white blood cells are John Wick and my bloodstream is a puppy - a good diet and constant cardiological exercise also seem to have bolstered my immune system, especially within my childhood. I once was bitten by a brown recluse as a 14 year old and I thought it was just a staph infection so I just treated it with extra strength polysporin and cleansed it regularly, then I learned I could have lost my leg due to necrotizing fasciitis - even more impressive, my body fought off that venom unassisted by any means. I don't know what the body is truly capable of, but mine has surprised me.
happened many times for me, still here and never went to the doctor
My mother had sepsis from a wasp sting. It was scary.
i remember this happened to me after my little sister bit my finger and i had lymphangitis but i was fine tho i just needed medicine
it is horrible, had Cellulitis, this and progressing to sepsis all in the span of 3 days, the pain was horrible and was on antibiotics for a week, chance of survival was about 1/3
this happened to me, a long red line throughout my whole arm, with a hug swelling it dissapewred after a couple weeks
TO THE DOC I GO
Yep, mosquitoes are no joke.
My mom always told me what a sepsis is
Bro- wtf- I live somewhere where mosquitos are everywhere 😭
Another reason adds to the list of hating on mosquitos
I’d rather die then pay hospital bills
Life lesson: fear everything. Nothing is safe.😅
Nah bro i got mosquitos in my house man my house is a literal trash can💀💀
My grandpa had sepsis and died. This happens 5 days ago
Mosquitoes ain’t finna mess
This actually happened to me but after a while it just healed normally and nothing really happened, but ngl I'm scared for my life so should i go to the doctor or not!?
Is it Deadly if it's not cured?
I don’t know about nowadays, but my mom taught us kids that in the 70’s. Probably because we lived in the middle of nowhere sw Florida, and we are all gen x so we could always find something we should have gotten into. 😂 and she was constantly having to clean wounds and bug bites. 😂
I have this bro And I am immediately told my parents he this is not normal so we went to the doctor and it wasn’t a big deal actually it has actually disappeared
Why is no one pointing out the fact he typed in instead of is on the title
"The Millionth time i was reminded of the weakness, of human flesh".
When my sister was 3, she had sepsis.
Looks like generic blood poisoning caused by rusty metal cuts sometimes
Bitten over 50+ times, nothing happened to me, never went to the doctor.
What if I'm black? I probably wouldn't be able to see the red marks
Bro I had it so many times and I didn't realise it was that bad 💀
I was bitten by my pet cat. I had this on my arm 12 inches higher than the bite. I was already on 2 antibiotics. It took weeks to go away.
