IMO This is one of the best episodes - great writing, pacing and acting!

Ian’s character was so disgusting and sadistic in this episode. He nailed it.

just read the wiki and found out the maintenance guy was the dad of both of them

The guest stars all seem to make the best baddies on SVU. Williams, Schreiber, Stamos, Short, Ludacris, Burnett, etc. This was years before Lost and The Vampire Diaries, but Somerhalder had a couple of film and television roles under his belt before this episode aired.

Charlie received the death penalty for eleven murders and seven rapes, eight if we include Billy. Billy received a life sentence with the possibility of parole because he told them where the last two victims were, and because of Charlie raping him. Charlie hid the women, possibly naked, in the water tower of their building. Both were near frostbitten, and were close to death if they were inside for another night.

I can't stomach alot of the sexual acts in SVU...they stick in your head too long because of the good acting...seems too real
