The Emperor and Magnus failing their rolls proves they are not cheating with telekenisis.

"this is all the tome's writing" Magnus didn't turn the gorger lord into a pilarstodes; instead it's the very same one that the emperor banished for his crush on magnus (hence why he talks about returning home to his "spice man", and being reminded of his brother). Basically, the emperor banished him into a fictional fantasy realm, and thats him trying to escape (which he did, accidentally)!

Fictional Fantasy realm? He banished them to Warhammer Fantasy aka parallel universe which is why Magnus's Book of Parallel worked.

Note that the high lord of the astra militarum didn’t even realize running away was even an option

Note: Magnus said "he wanted to play" and suddenly has a Quest Giving Character with days of work put into his backstory? Magnar (please note how close it is to Magnus) Buckethead was Magnus' PLAYER CHARACTER which he quickly repurposed for the Game. Also explains why the character has stats (Magnus probably mainly concentrated on the stuff he needed to know to PLAY rather than run it and then didn't think of removing the stats) and might also add a bit of an extra explanation to why Magnus is so... annoyed. I imagine Magnus threw something together while they were rolling their characters, probably something like "Protect Magnar to get some better Equipment and hten go to the Moot."... and then it went down the drain.

@@sph1988 Fairly certain that Magnus has no Connection with Ravandil. He also didn't want and wasn't expecting to GM the round... so why would a random NPC have a backstory Magnus was writing for a lengthy period of time? An NPC who's name is close to "Magnus"? Ravandil's Quest parodied WH FB... I've never heard (in material at least) that it's a TT RPG session of the Primarchs...

@@sph1988 There is no evidence for any of that... And Leman summoned Urist mainly because 1) Funny and 2) Urist's elf rants. And even if that'd be the case... Nothing implies that Ravendil would've been Magnus' player character for that Session. Especially since he "Spent ages on Magnar's backstory". And he didn't make it sound like it was ages ago for that... Yet he didn't expect to DM the game... doesn't quite fit together.

Do you happen to remember when the third custodes brother was snapped out of existence by the emperor for flirting with Magnus Jack? Have you ever questioned where he went.

Fun fact: the "bullshit, game-breaking roll" was actually - I believe, don't quote me on that one though - a reference to a game of Warhammer 40k: Dark Heresy, the (in)famous saga of Grendel the scribe. Basically, a character that was meant to be an absolute scrub in combat has managed to kill off several daemons, an Ork warboss and an *unbound daemonhost* by pulling massive amounts of Righteous Fury rolls in this manner. The character got so well known that even Games Workshop put a mention of these events in one of their rulebooks. Whether that amount of bullshit luck was real or just made up by some anon from 4chan is uncertain, but whichever way it is, the fame remains.

For those who are confused, in episode 27 when Emps deleted Custodisi this is where he ended up in an alternate universe, hence why he wanted a portal to another world it was in order to get back home, also all damage he received is canon.

​@@MNM-lq9te Yes he was, he even return one episode or two later with the same gear he was wearing in the fantasy world and even says "I have returned from hell"

Yeah, the boss at the end is one if the banished custodes, when he asks for a portal to another universe, he means coming back, when he refers to meeting with his brothers again, and even the reunion with the 'spice-man'(Magnus). This is the hell he was sent to, only to be belittled, unknowingly by his own custodes brothers and shit thrown on him and stuff. This is his punishment.

No, its not Magnus, it’s actually….what ever that character’s name was. The emperor sent him into wherever when he wouldn’t stop hitting on Magnus a few episodes ago.

just remember all these are canon to the TTS verse so these fantasy characters are now in the 40k universe

If the third custodian ends up in warhammer fantasy when deleted, does this imply that this may have also happened to Sigmar and may explain where a missing primarch disappeared to? Maybe both?

At least now Emps finally has a daughter. Hopefullly he will not screw it up with her.

Their charachters were real like matrix, also did you notice how the emperor sent that custode to the realm of warhammrr. All he wanted was to get back to the imperial palace, to his brothers and to hold Magnus in his arm.

That ridiculous roll of 10s was hilarious

You've asked why several times during this special. There is no why in a rpg game. Playing in a futuristic setting our Master gave us the task of gather info on some mercs activities in the average place of info (brothel). After the the team decided to "interrogate" Asmodai style a prostitute after leading her away, one of the players insisted on breaking in one of the rooms where a merc was having it's fun because there was no chance that blow in our faces. After a fight that took the entire of the afternoon, the brothel was in flames, a lot of random people died, and to the desperation of our gm, we where unscathed. Since gathering the intel should have taken 20 minutes at worst by bribing someone of note (guy behind the bar, the madame, etc) the Master decided to chew on us about our poor performance, and do a hard reset for the next game. There is not such a thing as "why" on a rpg. Just players.

So this is from when The emperor used "DELETE" on the magna-fanatic cutodian.

People are saying that Magnar was Magnus' character but dont mention that Magnar is from an older pair of videos called Ravandil's Quest. Or something like that. Made by Karl. I recommend them.

The custodian who is the ogre lord was deleted by the Emperor episodes ago banishing him to this "world"

There was actually a Kickstarter fan film called 'Choas Rising' based on Warhammer Fantasy.

Umgi is Dwarfish for human, Umgak is human made, used to describe shoddy workmanship and general low quality.

There are VR RPG out and screens that can detect objects with little chips or something like that. Quite interesting already.

The Gorgeous Lord is my favourite pilarstodes, incidentally. But I never thought he sounded right in this episode, it's my one complaint. A minor one. But he returned true to form later so it's all good.
