I understand where you coming from☺️ My first season was 2000, I fell in love with these cars. Hakkinen is my favourite driver of all time, even though I’ve witnessed him only two seasons 🙂 Who is yours favourite?🙂

@@DifferentTurn I've gotta go with Schumie (I'm German + I grew up watching him), but yeah Hakkinen is also very high up on my list, together with Räikkönen and Alonso.

@@free4fire Michael is arguably the greatest driver. Although when I was kid, cannot stand him dominating the sport. But during his Mercedes stint I’ve developed a soft spot for him, and admiration become the main feeling. After Mika went into sabbatical, I started supporting Kimi. Then he left to Ferrari, and some rookie named Lewis Hamilton took his place as my favorite. Being a fan of him during 2014-2020 was interesting experience, to say the least. Found myself in the shoes of Michael’s fans of my childhood 😅

@@DifferentTurn Ha, then we switches roles because the 2014 - 2020 Merc dominance was the "this is getting kinda annoying" era for me (minus the 2016 season). On the plus side though, that era taught me to not only look at the fight for first but also appreciate the midfield and even backmarker battles more, which is a skill that comes in quite handy these days again. XD

Really cool ! The old Hockenheim was the best. The aerial shot at the start was of the newer configuration. It's not a complaint either. Thanks for the memories.. keep up the great work 👍

Tbh the 1999 Ferrari was maybe better than the 2000 one. I think Mclaren of 2000 was closer

Interesting take, but I think this 99 title was more of McLaren’s to lose rather than Ferrari’s to win. Ferrari has 4 DNFs against McLaren’s 12. And most of them were due technical issues.

@@DifferentTurn Ik, and I think it's the same for 2000, but which car between the 2 was better?? Cause I feel like 1999 Ferrari better than 2000 and 2000 better than 1999. Whatever, Mclaren lost 6 to 8 titles because of reliability or spygate: 1999-2000-2003-2005-2007-2008-2010-2012, all these could've been won by them. They would then even be ahead of Ferrari. Ferrari is only about Schumi and Lauda, without them Mclaren would've been the most important team in F1.

@@emilekaram6094 hard to say. I think Ferrari’s 2000 was a bit better, but probably it’s due to Michael managed to take the championship from Mika. For sure Kimi had the fastest car in 2005, and in 2003 McLaren was solid as well. Do you have favorite TV graphics for F1? And if so, then which one?🙂

@@emilekaram6094 I think that in 2000 Ferrari were slightly better. But in 1999 McLaren had the pace. Who knows what would’ve happen if Michael was fit for the whole 99 season, but without him McLaren were the fastest were the team, which lacked reliability.
