Miguel knows what happens when "Cannon Events" are prevented so if he knows someone will try to disrupt this he will have to stop them so they don't destroy their universe and potentially others with acting against this event if anything he is trying to be more of a hero by making sure things happen as they should to prevent the destruction of the spider-verse but I suppose he could be found guilty of some emotional damage done to Miles and the conspiracy to enact the inaction of others to prevent a death they could have stopped because even though it happened to him it does not mean the same would happen within each spider-persons own respective universes.

Why is Miguel on the screenshot but not in the video? He is technically guilty of cult mannerism, assault on a minor, murder by inaction, which is all I can think of right now

And as far as I know, only villains do that to tell the hero a hurtful truth that would break them in every single way.

OK well I think would be a good video because there are some characters that committed crimes, not just Eris and her pets, like Sinbad and his crew committed some crimes. Which you could do Case 1: Sinbad Case 2: Sinbad's crew Case 3: Eris Case 4 Cetus Like that.
