Logically speaking if they met like that the first thing they will do is talk not fight Naruto and sasuke don't just blindly attack anyone and anyways I don't think saitama will even have to use a serious punch. Consecutive normal punches will be enough because the only reason he used a serious punch on someone like Boros was because of his regeneration. What people forget when discussing these fights are that saitama uses punches. Unlike superpower moves punches can be spammed and since saitama has like infinite stamina he can punch infinitely with blinding speeds while the other person would get tired and if saitama was to get serious he wouldn't let them charge their move and barrage the dude with punches.

ngl i was just thinking the same thing the other day and i think i have the answer. in the opm universe people are very strong so if rock lee can do the same training as saitama that makes me think that people in the opm are not all that strong. i mean think about it rock lee dose the same exact training but harder.he should be a million times strong than saitama. people in the opm are not all that strong. the creators just make it seem that way
