Mephiles was the only one who actually killed him tho. Infinite only made everyone think he killed Sonic lol

Mephlies DID kill Sonic, The catch is Elise brought Sonic back to life.

Is it just me, or do these swapped voices fit each character better than the original voices? Infinite's voice sounds more ethereal, which fits Mephiles as a supernatural entity. Mephiles's voice sounds more aggressive and brutish, which fits Infinite as a mercenary with an overinflated sense of greatness.

I feel the same way about it too.

Listening to both, I feel Infinite's voice fits Mephiles better, but not the other way around.

Ngl, this fits so well that if i didn't knew this was an edit, i wouldn't even noteced the diference.

This actually fits just like how Infinite's actual voice fits Mephelis, except this time it's Visa Versa since Infinite sounds like he's just wearing a mask this time whereas Infinite's original voice sounded like an actual demon which fits Mephelis since Mephelis is a demon.

Imagine Infinite and Mephiles meet each other.

Mephiles is way better he's 100 times more threating then Infinite

Well I personally can’t imagine Mephiles as a mortal who needs a ruby become powerful. Sure he use the chaos emeralds in sonic 06, but most of his powers he naturally possessed since he was half of nearly all powerful Solaris. But if you’re interested I could draw a design based on if Mephiles was resurrected through Infinite’s shade instead of Shadow’s. In other words, it would be a Mephiles that not only possesses similar powers to Infinite but visually resembles the jackal.

Considering I think both of these villains are on the same level of meh, this doesn't really change my perspective on Infinite all that much.
