Whenever I think of scenarios of myself meeting a Karen in case it actually happens, I always used the name "Karen", but now I use "entitled person" since I started realizing that it's more respectful to the people who are named Karen since not all of them are bad. That, and I don't want to assume someone's gender if they are acting like an entitled person.
