Is the super sonic theme from "Sonic Mania"

This is basically Somari the Adventurer.

There needs to be an official Nintendo/Sega game in the future of Sonic & Mario crossing over into each others games, maybe as an sort of NES Remix (Wii U game), but then for SNES and Genesis 🤔
